The personnel administration in the “EMZ” holding company

 

One of the main factors of increasing the competitive abilities is the qualified staff. That means that knowledge, experience, competency and  motivation is forming the main power resources of the company.

The managing system of the “EMZ” holding company has changed a lot, so nowadays we pay  a lot of attention  to the personnel’s development.  We have a very successful educational system, the main aims of studying in the “EMZ” holding company is to upgrade  the employees’ qualification, to improve their skills and to generate professionalism.

In our holding company we have  a certain structure of working with the employees’, such  as - professional training system,  additional trainings, learning of the second (similar) jobs, career enhancement  and etc.

The management system is one of the main parts of the factory’s management quality. That system makes sure that the customers’ requirements are satisfied. It is necessary to mention that we have a special uninterrupted educational system, which means that we are studying and improving our system all the time.
